Everything, including your delicious breakfast are all in the price for the room:

Breakfast is served in your room, at a time to suit you.

DEPOSITS & PAYMENTS, CANCELLATION POLICY, TERMS AND  CONDITIONS

For any single night booking, payment in full in advance is requested.  For longer periods, we require a deposit of 50% of the total cost of your stay.

We will accept Debit/Credit Cards via Paypal, at no extra cost to you, and you can reserve your stay now by checking availability on 01473 735880, and paying your deposit using the facility at the foot of this page. 

We will send you an email confirming the booking and letting you know what the outstanding balance is.  The balance is due on arrival.

CANCELLATIONS

If you cancel your booking 14 days or more before your arrival, we will refund your deposit, less a £5 handling charge for card fees.  

We reserve the right to charge the full cost of your reserved stay with us, should you cancel your arrangement 7 days or less prior to your date of arrival, or if you fail to arrive, as planned.

If you need to cancel for whatever reason, please contact us immediately.  We also suggest you may wish to take out cancellation insurance as part of any holiday cover. 

Your booking is non transferable.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE

Please vacate by 11am on the day of departure, to allow us to clean and prepare the room for our next guests.

New guests are asked to arrive after 4pm and before 9pm. 

CHILDREN

We can provide a fold-up cot, or a blow up bed, for a single accompanying child  under 10 yrs old.  An additional charge of £10 per night, including breakfast is payable

PETS 

Whilst we love our dog, cat and chickens, we are unable to accommodate guest's pets in the room, as it is kept totally pet free.  We do have an outside kennel and a large garden, if you wish to bring your pet, but please let us know in advance

BREAKAGES

Please take care of our accommodation.  We will not normally charge for minor breakages, but significant damage will be invoiced for.  Please tell us of any accident or spillage so that we can deal with it immediately.

LIABILITY

We do not accept liability for any damage, loss or injury to any  member of your party or any vehicles or possessions, unless proven to be caused by a negligent act by ourselves or agents acting on our instruction.

PAYPAL CARD PAYMENT FACILITY - Use your debit or credit card to pay for the room here - you don't need a Paypal account.

Use the drop down box to choose between double/single pricing, then just fill in the total amount to pay and your card details.  By using Paypal, your personal data remains confidential and safe, and we receive instant notification of your payment, to confirm your booking.
